Dr. Jimmy Eubank lectured internationally on esthetics and occlusion. Additionally, he held the unique distinction of being the only professional in the world accredited as both a dentist and a laboratory technician by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He trained with master ceramists in the United States and Europe.

He also patented the "E" appliance, which dentists from all over the country relied on his laboratory Eubank Dental Lab, formerly known as Esthetics Unlimited, to create. Dr. Eubank was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award from the AACD for all of his contributions to dentistry.

He was or had been the director of postgraduate continuums at LSU, UCLA, University of New York at Buffalo, and University of Minnesota. He was a fellow and past accreditation chairman of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, a fellow member of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, and a member of numerous other organizations.

As well as having had his own on-site laboratory, Dr. Eubank was the founder of the Eubank Teaching Institute. In this state-of-the-art facility, doctors were able to learn and put into practice what Dr. Eubank did on a daily basis. He did this through lecture and hands-on exercises that taught specific skills. The follow-up coaching that was and still is available allowed the doctors to implement the techniques learned with confidence.
