how to ship cases to our office

Instructions for Sending Cases to Esthetics Unlimited

1.  Pre-schedule cases with the lab for faster turnaround time or for Rush cases.  

2.  We have found the most cost efficient way to ship is by UPS Ground.   Please label and wrap impressions and models securely to prevent damage.  

3.  Please ship all cases to Esthetics Unlimited, Attention: Tabatha Brown

4.  Take upper and lower impressions using crown and bridge material. (Make sure to use adhesive in the tray to prevent unseen distortions).  Please wrap impressions and models securely to prevent distortions of broken teeth.

5.  If you would like to send scans please email the STL files to estheticsunlimited@gmail.com.  Or if you use an iTero , our account number is- 156595

6.  Please include a credit card number to keep on file. The cost of the appliance and the cost of shipping and handling with be charged day of appliance shipping out.
